Nice caring and great place in general

Dr. Donato and Staff are the best! My 2 children went to him for traditional braces and I recently was a patient for Invisalign. Everyone is so kind and they make sure that you know all the ins and outs of having an appliance before you leave the office. I would highly recommend Dr. Donato to anyone looking to get braces or Invisalign.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Donato and his entire orthodontic team so far. Although my daughter is still in treatment and currently has her braces on, the care has been outstanding from day one. Everyone in the office is professional, patient, and welcoming, which has made my daughter feel comfortable and confident at every visit. Dr. Donato takes the time to explain each step of the process, answers all of our questions, and truly cares about his patients. Appointments are well-organized and run on time, and the office is always clean and modern. We’re very happy with her progress and will be sure to update this review once her treatment is complete.

I highly recommend this practice. Drs. Donato and staff are incredible. My eldest son has had a wonderful experience and looks forward to his visits because of the personable and caring staff. As a matter of fact, when my son was getting his braces placed, I noticed a teenager who was crying as she said her goodbyes to the staff. She was sad that she wouldn’t be visiting the office anymore because her braces were finally off. It’s such an emotional time and experience for many teens/tweens, but you really can’t ask for a more powerful recommendation than that.

This is the best office. It’s clean, organized and well run. The staff is always kind and pleasant Dr Donato is extremely knowledgeable you can tell he really cares about each patient.

Had my initial consultation last month with both Dr. Donatos (Michael and Nicolle), who made an awesome team as they assessed my orthodontic situation. They were very pleasant, patient and professional in thoroughly explaining my options and answering all my questions (I had A LOT). They immediately made me feel at ease with the process and setting my expectations, and I decided to move forward with Invisalign at that same visit. I went back today to start my Invisalign journey. I met with Elissa (spelling?) who was also great. She gave me my first sets of liners, reviewed all the instructions, and was very patient as I tried to get the hang of putting them in and removing them. The office is nice and clean, and from what I could see, the staff works well together. And they're conveniently close to the train station which is another plus.

The Best orthodontist office, both of my daughters are patients here and for the last 7 years we have been coming and always get the same amazing service. Everyone is kind, nice and professional! We really love it there and love everyone there. My daughters come out the room with smiles all the time. I really recommend this office for all your kids to get the happy smiles.
