We’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Donato and his entire orthodontic team so far. Although my daughter is still in treatment and currently has her braces on, the care has been outstanding from day one. Had my initial consultation last month with both Dr. Donatos (Michael and Nicolle), who made an awesome team as they assessed my orthodontic situation. They were very pleasant, patient and professional in thoroughly explaining my options and answering all my questions (I had A LOT). They immediately made me feel at ease with the process and setting my expectations, and I decided to move forward with Invisalign at that same visit. I went back today to start my Invisalign journey. I met with Elissa (spelling?) who was also great. She gave me my first sets of liners, reviewed all the instructions, and was very patient as I tried to get the hang of putting them in and removing them. The office is nice and clean, and from what I could see, the staff works well together. And they're conveniently close to the train station which is another plus.
