Dr. Donato and his entire team are extremely nice and professional. They all make you feel at at home. Today, assistant “Kimaya” put little hooks on my teeth and my new set of Invisalign and I felt no pain at all. She was very careful and thorough (excellent job) Dr. Donato explained the entire process and made me feel l comfortable and like family. I love the entire office team. we had a wonderful experience at the orthodontist office, I have two daughters 12 and 10 who are both curious about the process the doctor and the staff took a full hour to explain to them exactly what is happening what they will expect what the follow up will look like. Both very happy patient. The atmosphere is very warm, cozy and comfortable to wait in, Modern technology is used. When you feel that you are being treated like family couldn’t recommend this place more.

Had a great experience with Dr. Donato (both of them!) and their team! We were in the unfortunate situation of having to transfer care for our teens toward the end of their treatment and this practice was responsive, welcoming, informative, and generous with their time and expertise. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Donato’s office when my 12 year-old daughter needed braces, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The kindness and compassion shown to my daughter by Donna, Dr. Donato and staff when she had difficulty adjusting to her new braces, due to a sensory issue, was amazing. Donna worked to help me ease her tears, and Dr. Donato took her back in to make adjustments to attempt to make the change easier on her. The care they provide is so appreciated, and invaluable!
